The 16th package of sanctions on Russia becomes a fact. On Wednesday morning, EU associate States' ambassadors gave the green light. The fresh regulations will include, among others, the Russian "shadow float". Consent to the fresh package of sanctions was possible due to the fact that Poland proposed a compromise version of the package.
