One of the last decisions of Andrzej Duda was to mention the Constitutional Tribunal to a bill allowing persons from 13 years of age to consult psychologically without the consent of the guardian. Up until yesterday, youth organizations appealed to the President, and the Spokeswoman of Children's Rights writes that she takes this decision "with sadness".
