12 days of hope. Kremlin did not let Russians to say no to war

On 29 July, the Central Election Commission approved a list of Jabłoko organization politicians applying for the post of deputy in elections to be held on 18–20 September in Moscow. The opposition force then gained support from opponents of the Russian government operating on emigration. Among another things, Julia Navalna called for the support of the anti-war organization on August 6. However, prokremlowska and the far right Rodina organization filed a suit with the ultimate Court for the annulment of registration of the list of competitors. It indicated alleged copyright and intellectual property violations in agitation materials and alleged exceedance of run financial limits and abroad contributions. Suddenly, the representatives of the Central Election Commission changed their minds and the lawyer General supported the motion to remove the parties from the electoral lists. On 10 August, the ultimate Court revoked registration of the list. The group appealed.
