In fresh days the situation on the Polish-Belarusian border again attracts the attention of the public. According to Border defender information, on April 8, nearly 110 attempts were reported to illegally cross the border, most of which were thwarted.

A peculiarly dangerous incidental occurred in the area of the SG facility in Mielnik, where a large group of migrants, equipped with ladder and grinder, attempted to breach the border, throwing stones at officers. As a result, 2 Border defender service vehicles were damaged.
