1st Legion Infantry Division with Anti-Aircraft Unit

The ceremony to hoist the flag onto the mast of the unit took place on Friday 24 January in a complex belonging to the division, with the participation of its commander-in-chief, General Norbert Ivanowski, as well as high-ranking officers of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland and representatives of local authorities. Ultimately, the fresh squadron, which has just begun operating, will be transformed into a regiment and will supply a basic anti-aircraft shield for the division formed in north-eastern Poland.
