Today quite a few information came out from the direction of Kharkiv
Here, in a desperate effort to change the momentum in Volchansk, the Russian command deployed the violent Chechen forces “Achmat” to force the exhausted troops to launch a counterattack to recover the plant.
What followed later revealed how tragic the situation had become for the Russians, with consequences that would decisively form the conflict of Volchansk.
Recent events in Volchansk dramatically changed the tactical landscape.
The central point of these operations was the aggregate plant in Volchansk, which Ukrainian forces successfully reflected after an intense week-long assault
This operation, which utilized any of Ukraine's most elite units, was a milestone in the conflict of Volchansk, as the plant constituted the last crucial fortified position in the city.
The collapse of the plant revealed the desperate conditions in which Russian forces operated.
The Russian captured soldiers revealed that they were forced to dig wells in the cellars of the plant to gain access to drinking water – which shows serious supply problems they faced during the siege.
Moreover, it was revealed that Russian commanders held panic control through a fraud and intimidation regime, forcing their forces to hold these impossible positions at a large price.
Following this failure, the remnants of the shattered Russian forces began to retreat toward the northern part of the city, moving to a defensive position.
To safe this retreat, they intensified artillery attacks and bombings aimed at Ukrainian logistical elements in the city.
A spokesperson for Ukrainian Kharkiv Force Group Vitali Sarantsev reported that Russian forces are now digging tunnels and underground passages between buildings in Volchansk to hide military movements.
This change of tactics indicates a clear effort to hold Ukrainian advancement and facilitate defensive regrouping.
What makes the situation even more difficult, Russian sources claim that they disabled the bridge on the Volcza River in the further part of Soborne Street
Although this claim has not yet been independently verified, specified action would be in line with their visible strategy of obstructing Ukrainian advancement and buying time for defence preparations.
Importantly, reports indicate that the Russian command moved Chechen elements of the "Achmat" towards Kharkiv to service as barrage units.
These “conservative units” are expected to force Russian troops to decision forward, enforce penalties, and even shoot Russian soldiers who refuse to fight.
As can be remembered, elements of the "Achmat" force were already withdrawn from the direction of Kharkiv in August to deploy them as an emergency solution after the Ukrainian invasion of Kursk began.
This drastic decision suggests a serious morale crisis and combat effectiveness of regular Russian units.
After completing the Chechen regrouping, Russian soldiers were forced to attack the aggregate plant and rebuild their fresh lost positions.
The operation active many MT-LB vehicles from the 82nd Motorized firearm Brigade, full loaded on foot.
Unfortunately for the Russians, this test proved disastrous in effect
Ukrainian forces, especially their drone operators, successfully countered the attack.
57 The Motorised Infantry Squadron alone suffered dense losses to Russian forces, eliminating about 100 Russian soldiers, wounding about 25 others and destroying 17 MT-LB and BMP-2 armoured vehicles.
Geolocation of movie material from this unsuccessful counterattack reveals the brutal effectiveness of Ukrainian drone war
Russian soldiers were amazed and were frequently incapable to get off their vehicles before being attacked by FPV drones.
In another cases, erstwhile the infantry managed to descend, it was constantly chased by drones dropping grenades, with a tiny effective cover due to extended harm to the roofs of buildings in the area.

The complete disregard of the lives of his soldiers continues to prompt Russian commanders to give orders, which can only be described as attacks of a “meat wave”.
Ukrainian forces utilized this tactic, further weakening Russian units operating in the region.
